(*) General note on local hotel services: For tourist destinations (especially in mountainous areas), we have a relative classification for hotels to assess the service quality. This classification is primarily based on the room rates and the comparative quality of rooms among hotels in the same area, rather than relying on the star rating standards issued by the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism (VNAT).

Children (please read carefully to understand the standards for children):

  • Children aged 1-4 years old receive free services (Please note that free-of-charge children do not have a seat on the vehicle, and parents are responsible for all expenses related to the child). Only one free child is allowed per two adults, and from the second child onwards, they are charged at 50% of the tour price (which includes half meals and a separate seat on the vehicle). If one adult accompanies one free child, the child must pay 50% of the adult tour price (based on the child's half-portion tour).
  • Children aged 5-9 years old are charged 75% of the tour price + 100% of the bed price (they have their own meals, a seat on the vehicle, and pay a maximum of 75% of the adult ticket price for tourist attractions. If there are additional charges due to the child's height exceeding the specified limit, the parents will be directly responsible for the surcharges). Two children at 75% do not count as one adult and do not receive a separate bed; they must share the bed with their parents.
  • Children aged 10 years old and above: They are considered as adults and will be charged accordingly.

Customers notice:

  • Tourists must bring: legal identification documents (ID card or Passport)
  • During peak periods when traveling to Ha Giang, the itinerary and accommodation may be subject to changes based on the actual situation, but all planned attractions will still be included.

  • If you are a vegetarian, please bring additional vegetarian food to ensure enjoyment when it comes to meal time.
  • If you do not use any services on the tour, they will not be refunded.
  • The tour guide has the right to rearrange the order of attractions to suit the specific conditions of each departure day, while ensuring all planned attractions are visited.
  • If the departure day has fewer than 6 guests, the driver may also act as the tour guide. These drivers have extensive experience, knowledge of the routes, and local culture.
  • As it is a mountainous tour, smaller vehicles are usually used, so it is advised not to bring large or excessive luggage. It is recommended to use backpacks instead of hard suitcases.
  • There are options for overnight stays at homestays to enhance the mountain tour experience. It is suggested to bring personal items that may be necessary during the homestay.
