Exploring Sapa: 6 Unmissable Destinations for Adventure Lovers
O Quy Ho Pass
The pass is often regarded as Sapa's biggest and most attractive. It is also the longest pass in the Northwest Mountains. With an altitude of up to 2000 meters above sea level. Standing on O Quy Ho Pass and looking down, you can completely view the entire scene at its base. From here, travelers may observe the Hoang Lien Son range or Fansipan Peak cloaked in a lovely and poetic mist.
Sapa Heaven Gate
Sapa Heaven Gate is a well-known tourist site located at the top of O Quy Ho Pass. The trek to Sapa Heaven Gate is challenging. But once you are here, you will understand that it is well worth it. Especially the surrounding mountain landscape, which is dominated by verdant woods. Looking at this vast, majestic splendor will leave you feeling refreshed and immersed in nature.
Cat Cat Village
This is a peaceful Mong village that still maintains many ancient customs and crafts, like weaving, silver carving, and jewelry making...
The drive to the village is picturesque, with winding turns and terraced fields lined with ethnic cottages. Visiting the village allows you to learn about the lives of the Mong people while also purchasing handcrafted handicrafts as gifts and enjoying local products.
Ham Rong Mountain
Ham Rong Mountain, known for its wonderful and magical scenery, is a popular tourist destination. Most of the popular tourist sights in Sa Pa town can be seen from the top of the mountain, including Muong Hoa Valley, Ta Van Village, and Cat Cat Village.
Ham Rong Mountain is ideal for planning a climbing picnic that combines dining, shopping, and sightseeing, as there are several businesses and gorgeous flower gardens along the path.
Fansipan Peak
It would be regrettable to set foot in the misty town of Sapa and miss the opportunity to climb the 'roof of Indochina'. Fansipan Peak is at 3143 meters above sea level, the highest mountain peak in Vietnam. Standing on top of Fansipan amid thin clouds, tourists feel as if they are in a fairyland, with white mist lurking in the background and breathtaking mountain peaks.
Please wear low-soled shoes and bring a jacket, raincoat, or umbrella in case the weather on the mountaintop unexpectedly becomes colder.
Muong Hoa valley
Muong Hoa Valley is charmed by its poetic beauty, which includes ancient stone beaches and flowing terraced farms in a unique but beautiful setting. The sparkling stream from the Silver Waterfall flows between the farmland and the stunning floral fields.
