Ha Long Bay is a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Vietnam that was designated in 1994. In 2011, Ha Long Bay was designated one of the world's seven new natural wonders. There are hundreds of magical-shaped stone islands in the Bay. You may take a sail around the bay to enjoy breathtaking scenery and see some stunning caves.

DETAILED SCHEDULE

08:00 - 08:30: Car and tour guide pick you up at hotels in the Old Town center and Opera House to depart for the trip to Ha Long Bay.

11:30 - 12:00: When you arrive at Tuan Chau port, the group meets in the waiting area under the supervision of the tour guide to purchase tickets and receive them before boarding the cruise to begin your adventure to explore the Bay. The cruise will stop by several large and tiny islands of various forms, including Hon Ga Choi, Ha Long's emblem. You enjoy lunch aboard the cruise.

14:00: Arrive at Bo Hon Island. You will explore Surprising Cave, one of the most stunning caverns in Ha Long Bay. Following that, you will have the option of kayaking or riding a bamboo boat to Luon Cave. After 30 minutes of kayaking, you board the boat for Titop Island. You may swim at Titop beach with white sand or go to the top of Titop mountain for a panoramic view of Ha Long Bay.

16:30: You return to the cruise. The cruise will return to the port. You may sunbathe on the deck, listen to music, and relax, immerse yourself in the beauty of Ha Long Bay, and attend the Sunset Party with afternoon tea and pastries.

17:30–18:00: The cruise arrives at the dock. Goodbye, Ha Long Bay; you board the bus back to Hanoi.

20:00 - 20:30: When you arrive in Hanoi, the car will transport you back to the original pick-up place. End of the day's activities to experience the world's natural marvel, Ha Long Bay. See you later!

Important note: The time to visit Ha Long Bay can be altered to fit the conditions of each departure day, or based on Ha Long weather or Management Board cooperation. In certain situations, departures may be canceled without warning owing to severe winds or thunderstorms. I hope you can accept and sympathize!

• Air-conditioned vehicle with 7 to 45 seats (depending on the number of passengers). Shuttle Hanoi => Pier => Hanoi.

• Tips for the driver and tour guide:

• If tourists are pleased with the service provided by the driver and tour guide, they may tip them. This tip amount is entirely optional, however it is normally at least 50,000 VND per person/day.
• Tip regulations for overseas visitors: 3 USD per guest/day.

Children (need to read carefully to clearly understand children's standards):

• Children aged 1-4 are free of charge, but must pay an extra boarding price according to requirements. 02 adults can only accompany one kid for free; the second child will be taxed 50% (normal half dinner and separate seat in the car). 

Because children are also charged a tonnage on the boat visiting the Bay, children in the free category (ages 1-4) will be charged a surcharge of 80,000 VND per kid. A fee of 150,000 VND per kid will apply to holidays from April 30 to May 1, including National Day and New Year.

If one adult travels free with one kid, the child must pay 50% of the adult's tour fare. The norm for children is half a lunch and a separate seat in the car. Any incurred expenditures Ticket costs at tourist destinations are the family's responsibility).

• Children aged 5 to 9 are charged 75% of the fee (1 supper and a separate seat in the vehicle, by default not including sightseeing tickets).

Children aged 5 to 9 who are taller than 120 cm and do not have a student ID or legitimate documentation with a photo will be charged an extra 190,000 VND to purchase tickets like adults.

Ha Long Port Authority does not recognize birth certificates.

• Children 10 years and older pay the same amount as adults.

(*) Note about buying seafood:

• When buying seafood, it should be stored in a sealed and clean foam box. If you bring seafood that has not been carefully wrapped into the truck, the driver has the authority to deny transportation.
• Don't bring any seafood into the cabin. If you buy too much seafood and there isn't enough space in the trunk, the driver has the authority to refuse to deliver it.

Other notes:

• Tours involving ships, trains, aircraft, or border areas require legal identification documents. (ID card/passport). Children under the age of 14 must present at least their birth certificate. Children aged 14 and over are needed to have an ID card or passport.
• Bring medication for stomach pains caused by diarrhea, as well as for common colds and fevers.
• Vegetarians should bring additional vegetarian food.
• Unused tour services will not be refunded.
• Tour guides reserve the right to re-arrange sightseeing spots based on departure date conditions, while ensuring all spots are included in the program.

Insurance does not cover chronic conditions such as cardiovascular disease, blood pressure, diabetes, bone and joint disease, congenital diseases, hidden diseases, HIV AIDS, mental and neurological problems, or pregnancy. When participating in the trip, you must make a written commitment regarding your ailment. The trip organization is not liable for the following situations: You do not disclose illness, dishonesty, or instances that fall beyond the limits of travel insurance on the tour.
• Customers are responsible for their own property throughout the trip. The tour operator is not liable for the loss of money, valuables, plane tickets, or personal property by clients during the trip.
