Arriving at Fansipan, regardless of the season, and sitting on the cable car cabin under a thousand layers of clouds, between the great expanse of land and sky and the Hoang Lien Son mountain range, travelers all feel a sense of calm. It marks the beginning of a journey to the land of Buddha. As you take the first steps on the mossy green stone steps covered in mist or lighted by the golden sunlight, when you look up high, you will sense the solemn yet peaceful realm of meditation, bustling yet serene.

DAY 01: HANOI - NOI BAI - SAPA - CAT CAT                                                    (LUNCH / - / DINNER)

06:30 AM: Guests should attend at the meeting point, 160 Tran Quang Khai, for boarding procedures before departing for Sapa via the Hanoi - Lao Cai expressway. Normally, our vehicles will travel in the direction of the University of Languages and International Studies, Hoa Binh Park, Thang Long Industrial Park, Noi Bai, and onto the expressway. Therefore, guests can be picked up at these locations. Guests must register their pick-up points prior to the departure date.

Note: If guests arrive at Noi Bai Airport on an early flight and check out before 07:45, we will provide support with pick-up at the airport for a fee of 50,000 VND per group, or for guests who have flights departing from the previous night and have booked accommodation at hotels in the Noi Bai area, we will gather at the Kim Anh Intersection (at the beginning of the Hanoi - Lao Cai expressway, 3km from Noi Bai Airport) between 07:45 and 08:00.

1:00 PM-1:30 PM: Arrive in Sapa. Guests will have lunch at the hotel and then check into their hotel rooms. For those staying at Long Anh Hotel, guests can rest immediately if they choose to stay in their rooms. For other hotel options, guests will have a 30-minute break after lunch before continuing with the afternoon sightseeing tour.

Afternoon: The guide will lead guests to visit Cat Cat village to learn about the daily lives of the H'mong ethnic people and visit the Fairy Waterfall. Enjoy a traditional cultural performance at the old hydroelectric plant.

6:00 PM: Dinner. Evening free for leisure. Take photos with the Stone Church of Sapa, explore the Love Market on Saturday evenings, or simply enjoy grilled dishes and famous San Lung wine to warm up the cold of Sapa. Overnight in Sapa.

DAY 02: SAPA - FANSIPAN - NOI BAI AIRPORT - HANOI        (BREAKFAST / LUNCH / -)

07:00 AM: Guests have breakfast at the hotel and relax. Enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the morning at the restaurant.

08:00 AM: The vehicle and guide will take guests to the Fansipan cable car station to start the journey to conquer Fansipan using the world's most modern 3-rope cable car system with cabins capable of accommodating up to 30 passengers.

From the cable car station, passing through the Thanh Van Dac Lo Sky Gate, you will reach the land of clouds. Bich Van Zen Monastery, located at a height of over 2,000 meters, welcomes visitors and Buddhists from all directions with its pure Vietnamese architectural features amidst the misty backdrop. Stepping through the sound of echoing bells amidst the mountain wind and clouds at an altitude of 3,000 meters, you will see sight of the Great Statue of Amitabha Buddha, standing solemnly at 21.5 meters high, towering majestically amidst the mystical flying clouds, gazing compassionately down to the earthly realm.  In that quiet and sacred moment, amidst the warm springtime, amidst the budding buds of azaleas, wild peaches, apricots... struggling to grow again, you will feel within your heart the blossoming flowers of love and hope. From the Great Buddha statue, the Arhat Path - where 18 bronze Arhat statues, each 2.5 meters high, embodying compassion, sit quietly amidst the drifting clouds, will lead you to the Kim Son Bao Thang Monastery complex with the ancient beauty of Vietnamese wooden pagodas from the 15th and 16th centuries. Here, you can admire the statue of Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva, the Mountain God Shrine... Harmonizing with this scenery are the hundreds of years old azalea trees stretching out in the cold, eagerly awaiting March and April to burst into bloom with white, yellow, red, and pink hues…

Finally, after climbing over 600 green stone steps, you have reached the summit of Fansipan at an altitude of 3,143 meters, the rooftop of Indochina. From here, casting your eyes around in all directions, each person will have their own special feelings and wishes that they may want to keep to themselves.

11:30 AM: Return to Sapa town, check out of the hotel, and have lunch and rest.

1:15 PM: The guide will lead guests to the car to check in for the return trip to Hanoi. Along the way, there will be 2 rest stops at highway rest areas.

07:00 PM: Arrive at the Noi Bai Airport area. If guests need to go to the airport, the car will take them there for an additional fee of 50,000 VND per group.

08:00 PM: Arrive at 160 Tran Quang Khai. End of the tour program. See you again!

Note: In addition to the default schedule above, if guests want to return earlier in the morning or later in the late afternoon or evening and sleep on the bus, please inform us in advance when booking the tour for specific advice.

Includes:

• Round-trip double cabin car (02 people/01 cabin) from Hanoi to Sapa and return. Due to the daily nature of the tour and the cabin car being used for resting, there is usually no tour guide accompanying the group from Hanoi.
• Shuttle bus with seating capacity of 4 to 29 people for sightseeing in Sapa.
• Hotel accommodation based on registered standard, double occupancy (single participants will share a room with another guest, sleeping 3 in a room if necessary).
• 02 lunches, priced at 120,000 VND per meal.
• 01 dinner featuring the famous salmon hotpot specialty of Sapa.
• 01 buffet breakfast according to the hotel's standard.
• Professional tour guide knowledgeable about local culture serving the group in Sapa.

Due to the nature of cable car ticket rates and the policy regarding tour guides at Fansipan Legend, we can only arrange for a tour guide to accompany guests on the cable car ride if the minimum number of participants for the Fansipan cable car ride is at least 05 guests. Alternatively, the group may choose to buy cable car tickets for the tour guide so that they can join the group to the summit.

• Entrance ticket for one visit to Cat Cat Village.

Exclusion:

• VAT invoice (if requesting an invoice, it needs to be notified in advance, and VAT must be paid according to regulations).
• Round-trip Fansipan cable car tickets. Guests can pre-register before purchasing the tour or pay directly for cable car tickets to the guide in Sapa at the actual retail price without any additional surcharge. If guests or partners purchase tickets themselves, there will be an additional charge of 50,000 VND per guest, or guests can choose to visit Fansipan on their own.
• Beverages during meals, at the hotel, and other personal expenses.
• Difference in entrance fees (if any) at the time of the tour compared to the time of booking. Your understanding, sympathy, and compliance with regulations are greatly appreciated.
• Tips for drivers and tour guides:

• Guests are welcome to tip drivers and tour guides if they are satisfied with their service. The tipping amount is entirely voluntary but typically starts at a minimum of 50,000 VND per guest per day.
• Tipping guidelines for foreign guests: 3 USD per guest per day.

Mandatory additional charges: Single room supplement: In case a guest travels alone and cannot be paired with another person, or if they want a single room, there will be a cost based on the individual rate of each hotel.

Children (please read carefully to understand the standards for children):

• Children from 1-4 years old: Free of charge (parents are responsible for all related expenses). Only 01 children are free of charge when accompanied by 02 adults, while subsequent children are charged 50% of the tour price (including half portions of meals and other related services during the tour, but they must share a bed with their parents). If one adult takes a tour with a child eligible for free, this child must pay 50% of the adult tour price, and the adult still needs to pay the additional single room supplement fee as required.
• Children from 5–9 years old: Charged 75% of the tour price, including a separate dinner part, a seat on the Sapa shuttle bus, and entrance tickets for children. If due to height exceeding the regulations of the tourist area, the child needs to purchase an entrance ticket at the adult price, the family will only be reimbursed a maximum of 75% of the entrance ticket price (additional expenses must be paid directly to the tour guide). Two children at 75% do not count as one adult, and they do not have a separate bed but must share with their parents.
• Children from 10 years old and older are charged as adults and enjoy adult services.

Other general notes:

• Tourists (especially those on tours involving ships, trains, airplanes, or border areas) need to bring legal identification documents (ID card, passport). Children under 14 years old must at least bring a birth certificate. Children 14 years of age and older are required to have an ID card, CCCD card, or passport.
• You should bring medicine for stomachaches due to diarrhea and common colds and fevers.
• If you are a vegetarian, please bring additional vegetarian food to ensure your taste.
• Any services on the tour that you do not use will not be refunded.
• The tour guide has the right to rearrange the order of sightseeing spots to suit the conditions of each specific departure date while still ensuring all sightseeing spots are included in the program.

(*) Customer responsibilities:

• Customers are responsible for their own health, and chronic diseases (cardiovascular disease, blood pressure, diabetes, bone and joint diseases, etc.), congenital diseases, hidden diseases, HIV/AIDS, mental and neurological disorders, pregnant women, etc. are diseases that are not covered by insurance. When necessary, you must make a commitment about your illness when participating in the tour. The tour organizer is not responsible for cases where you do not declare illness or dishonesty,  as well as cases outside the scope of travel insurance on the tour. 
• Customers must preserve their own property in all cases and in all places during the trip. The tour organizer is not responsible for the loss of money, valuables, airline tickets, or personal property of customers during the trip. 

Cancellation and rescheduling policies:

• Changes to the departure date must be notified at least 3 days in advance of the departure date. You are allowed to change your departure date for free the first time. Changing the departure date 2 or 3 times... will be charged 30% of the fee for each change. Changing the departure date must keep the same booking information as before. 
• Cancellation at least 7 days before the departure date: 30% penalty.
• Cancellation at least 3 days before departure date: 50% penalty.
• Cancellation within 1-2 days of departure date: 100% penalty.
• On the day of departure, if you are not present at the pre-arranged location and time or the tour guide cannot be contacted at the number provided by the customer, and the customer also does not proactively contact back to notify if there are any changes, such cases will be considered as the customer voluntarily abandoning the tour and must be fined 100% of the tour value.
