SAPA - MOANA - FANSIPAN - CAT CAT VILLAGE

NIGHT 1: HANOI - SAPA       ( - / - / - )

21:20: Our sleeping bus will pick you up at the address on Tran Quang Khai Street and depart to Sapa following Noi Bai - Lao Cai highway. Along the way, we could pick you up at 120 Tran Quoc Hoan St or Noi Bai Airport. Have two short breaks in 30 minutes for each and then continue the trip to Sapa.

Note: If you fly out to Noi Bai Airport early and check out before 10:30 p.m, we will support pick-up at the airport with an airport pick-up cost of 50,000 VND/person. Or those who fly out the night before and have booked a room to stay overnight at hotels in the Noi Bai area, we will pick you up at Kim Anh Junction. (at the beginning of Hanoi - Lao Cai highway, 03 km from Noi Bai airport between 11:00 p.m. and 11:30 p.m.) 

DAY 1: SAPA - CAT CAT VILLAGE - FANSIPAN MOUNTAIN   ( B / L / D )

04:00: Arriving in Sapa, you will continue to rest on the bus waiting for morning.

06:00-06:15: Our car will pick you up at the bus depot and take you to the hotel to deposit your belongings and do personal hygiene in the morning. Breakfast at Long Anh Hotel.

Note: According to the Regulations on check-in and check-out times, we only support early check-in if the hotel has available rooms with the consent of the hotel receptionist. In other cases (if there is an available room), you can pay an additional early check-in fee to receive the most attentive service. Wish you sympathize! 

08:00: Car and tour guide take you to Fansipan Cable Car Station to start the journey to conquer Fansipan with the world's most modern 3-wire cable car system with a cabin that can accommodate up to 30 visitors.

From the above station, you will go through Thanh Van Dac Lo Heaven Gate to reach the hovering clouds. Bich Van Thien Tu is located at an altitude of over 2,000m, welcoming tourists and Buddhists with its Vietnamese architecture, amid the fog. Walking in the sound of bells echoing among the clouds and mountain winds, to an altitude of 3,000m, you can take in the sight of the 21.5m high bronze statue of Amitabha Buddha standing majestically in the magical clouds, looking down at humanity with compassionate eyes. In that quiet and sacred moment, praying amidst the warm spring, the young shoots of azalea, raspberry, plum peach..., you will feel love and hope also blooming inside your heart; From the Great Buddha statue, the Arhat road - where 18 2.5m high bronze Arhat statues of compassion and contemplation surrounded by flying clouds sit, will lead you to the Kim Son Bao Thang Tu complex with its ancient beauty of Vietnamese wooden pagodas from the 15th to 16th centuries. You will worship the Bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara statue, the Mountain God Temple... Blending in that scene are hundreds of years old rhododendron trees reaching out, buds popping up, waiting for March and April to bloom with colors...

Lunch: Back to Sapa, eat lunch and rest.

Afternoon: You will start hiking to Cat Cat Village which is occupied by the Black H’mong tribe.

Here, you can see the hydroelectric power station which was built by the French in the twentieth century. You will experience the tribal lifestyle of ethnic minorities while enjoying wonderful views of the terraced rice paddy fields and the waterfall in Cat Cat Village. Visitors will also understand the culture, unique customs and traditional crafts such as weaving, touching carved silver, forged agricultural tools...  Then come back to the hotel.

18:00: Having dinner. After dinner, you are free to explore the charm of Sapa by night, enjoy roasted corn, baked eggs beside a charcoal fire or go shopping. Especially on Saturday night, we highly recommend a stop at the Love Market - one of the unique cultures of ethnic minorities in northwest Vietnam. Overnight at the hotel in Sapa.

DAY 2: SAPA - MOANA - HANOI                   ( B / L / - )

07:00: Having breakfast with buffet and coffee in the hotel.

08:00: Tour guide picks you up from the hotel and takes you to Moana. A check-in area with man-made structures arranged in harmony with nature to create a unique, strange and beautiful landscape. The check-in area is only 500m from the Stone Church, with the view embracing the Hoang Lien Son range and the majestic Fansipan peak. This place consists of seven categories, attracting young people by many unique miniatures. There are Bali heaven gate, Moana girl statue, infinity lake, golden hand, death swing, lonely tree and coffee area.

11:30: Back to Sapa, eat lunch and take a short rest then check out the hotel.

13:15: The tour guide will take you to the bus depot to board the bus back to Hanoi.

19:00: Arrive at Noi Bai Airport. The bus will take you to the airport lobby (if registered in advance).

20:00: Arrive Hanoi. Tour ends. See you again!

Note: Outside the default time frame as above. If, due to flight time or any other reason, you want to leave earlier in the morning or come back later in the afternoon or at night and stay overnight on the bus, please notify us in advance at the time of booking the tour for receiving specific advice.

• AC Sleeping bus transfers Hanoi - Sapa - Hanoi. 02 person/ a double cabin
• Bus (4-29 seats) for travelling around Sapa 
• 01 night at an accommodation hotel, 02 persons in a room. In case there is an odd number of tourists, there will be a room having 3 persons if accepted. If not, an additional fee of 50% price of a hotel room will be charged
• Local English-speaking guide (enthusiastic, experienced) (Due to the specific nature of cable car fare and policy for guides at Fansipan Legend, we will have a guide follow you to the top of Fansipan with the minimum number of groups participating in the Fansipan cable car ride from 5 guests or more)
• Meals as mentioned on the itinerary (B: Breakfast, L: Lunch, D: Dinner)
• Entrance fees according to program ( not including cable car return ticket)

Price Policy for Children

• Free for children ages from 1 to 4 (no meal, no seat, no ticket...). 02 adults can only carry 01 child for free, from the second child will be charged 50% (half meal and other services but they have to share the hotel room with their parents).
• If 01 adult carries 01 children traveling for free, 50% of the adult's tour price must be charged for this child. In addition, adults still have to pay additional costs for single sleep according to regulations.
• 5 to 9-year-old children will be charged 75% of the tour fee (they will have their own seats in our car and their own meals, but they have to share the hotel room with their parents)
• 10-year-old and above children are considered adults.

Children higher than 140cm will be charged 10$ for the cable ticket.

Notice 

• You have to bring your Passport.
• You should bring any type of medicine to prevent insects and common diseases.
• Any services included in the tour that you do not use and not due to the tour organizer error would not be refunded.
• The tour guide can rearrange the schedule, but all places stay the same.
• If you are a vegetarian, you can bring your own food to suit your taste (if necessary).

Customer responsibilities:

• Customers are responsible for your illness and chronic diseases (cardiovascular disease, blood pressure, diabetes, osteoarthritis ...), congenital diseases, latent diseases, HIV AIDS, mental and neurological disorders, and pregnant women … are diseases that are not covered by the insurance. When necessary, you must write your commitment to your health when participating in the tour. The tour organizer is not responsible for the cases when you do not report the illness, untruthful declaration as well as cases outside the coverage of travel in the tour.
• Customers must preserve their property in all circumstances and at all locations during the trip. The tour organizer is not responsible for any lost money, identification, airline tickets, personal belongings or other property of the customer during the trip.

Reschedule and cancellation policy

• Notification of departure date changes must be made at least three days in advance. You are allowed to modify your departure date for free the first time. If you change the departure date twice or three times, you will be charged 30% of the original amount. Changing the departure date must keep the same booking information as before changing.
• 30% of the total price if canceled at least 07 days before the departure date.
• 50% of the total price if canceled at least 03 days before the departure date.
• 100% of the total price if canceled around 1-2 days before the departure date.
• On the day of departure, if you are not present at the pre-arranged location and time or the tour guide cannot be contacted at the number provided and the customer also does not proactively contact back to notify if there are any changes, such cases will be considered as the customer voluntarily abandoning the tour and must be fined 100% of the tour value.
