Rules for booking tours

Hướng dẫn đặt tour:

Bước 1: Quý khách tham khảo các tour trên mạng hoặc điện thoại công ty để được tư vấn
Bước 2: Sau khi đã chọn được tour, quý khách liên hệ nhân viên công ty để nhận Phiếu đặt dịch vụ.
Bước 3: Quý khách điền đầy đủ các thông tin cá nhân vào Phiếu đặt dịch vụ
Bước 4: Nhân viên công ty sẽ thông báo số tiền đặt cọc và tài khoản thanh toán cho quý khách
Bước 5: Quý khách chuyển khoản đặt cọc hoặc nộp bằng tiền mặt cho công ty để công ty có thể tổ chức tour
Bước 6: Ngay khi nhận được tiền cọc vào tài khoản, nhân viên công ty sẽ gởi cho quý khách bản scan phiếu xác nhận
Bước 7: Gởi danh sách đoàn để mua bảo hiểm: họ tên, ngày tháng năm sinh, giới tính.

**Quý khách lưu ý: đối với trường hợp đoàn lớn cần giữ nhiều phòng khách sạn vào mùa cao điểm thì quý khách và nhân viên công ty thoải thuận thời điểm thích hợp để chuyển khoản (trường hợp này cần ứng tiền gấp để đặt cọc khách sạn đặt phòng).

QUY ĐỊNH HỦY TOUR

1. Đối với đoàn dưới 10 khách và đã đặt cọc:

Hủy tour trước 10 ngày trước ngày khởi hành: không tính phí
Hủy tour trước 7 ngày trước ngày khởi hành: thanh toán 10% tổng giá trị tour
Hủy tour trước 3 ngày trước ngày khởi hành: thanh toán 50% tổng giá trị tour
Hủy tour trong vòng 2 ngày tính đến ngày khởi hành: thanh toán 100% tổng giá trị tour

2. Đối với đoàn từ 10 khách trở lên và đã đặt cọc:

Hủy tour trước 15 ngày trước ngày khởi hành: không tính phí
Hủy tour trước 10 ngày trước ngày khởi hành: thanh toán 10% tổng giá trị tour
Hủy tour trước 7 ngày trước ngày khởi hành: thanh toán 15% tổng giá trị tour
Hủy tour trước 5 ngày trước ngày khởi hành: thanh toán 20% tổng giá trị tour
Hủy tour trước 3 ngày trước ngày khởi hành: thanh toán 50% tổng giá trị tour
Hủy tour trong vòng 2 ngày tính đến ngày khởi hành: thanh toán 100% tổng giá trị tour
