Hoan Kiem Lake Walking Street opens continuously for 6 days during the holidays April 30 and May 1

Hoan Kiem District People's Committee announced that it will extend the operation of walking spaces in the area during the holidays of Southern Liberation and National Reunification on April 30 and International Labor Day on May 1.

According to the People's Committee of Hoan Kiem District, walking space in the Hoan Kiem Lake and surrounding areas will be available from 7:00 p.m on April 26 to 24:00 p.m on May 1. Walking streets in the Old Quarter will be open from 7:00 p.m to 11:00 p.m throughout the six days of the National Reunification and International Labor Day.

Due to the extended vacation period and the need to make up work on May 4 (Saturday) the following week, the operation schedule of walking areas in the Hoan Kiem district will also be changed.

As a result, the walking space along Hoan Kiem Lake and nearby spots will be available from 7:00 p.m on May 4 to 24:00 on May 5. Walking streets in the old town are open on Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00 p.m to 11:00 p.m (May 4 and 5).

The District People's Committee has asked Dong Xuan Joint Stock Company, ward People's Committees, along related parties to work together to maintain public and tourist security, safety, hygiene, and order.

Hoan Kiem Lake Walking Street (Hoan Kiem Lake) was officially opened in September 2016 and is available to tourists every weekend from 7:00 p.m Friday to 11:00 p.m Sunday. In recent years, this place has become a Hanoi tourism specialty, hosting many important cultural and tourist activities in Vietnam and throughout the world, attracting both local and foreign visitors.
