According to the Business Travellers' survey, Noi Bai International Airport received the highest score of 6.80, affirming its outstanding position in Southeast Asia. The impressive achievement of Noi Bai Airport can be attributed to constant infrastructure improvements, high-quality services, and excellent customer experiences.
Singapore's Changi Airport also deserves praise for securing the second position in the survey with a score of 6.63. This airport is renowned for its convenience and exceptional operational efficiency, catering to every passenger's needs.
However, not all airports in Southeast Asia received positive evaluations. Ninoy Aquino International Airport in the Philippines ranked fourth worst in Asia with a score of 2.78. Issues related to inadequate infrastructure and subpar services have affected the passenger experience at this airport.
Suvarnabhumi Airport in Thailand ranked seventh, Kuala Lumpur International Airport in Malaysia ranked ninth, and Don Mueang International Airport, also in Thailand, ranked tenth on the list of worst airports in Asia. These airports have faced challenges in terms of management and service, causing inconvenience and dissatisfaction among passengers.
Noi Bai International Airport achieved the highest score in the 2023 Business Travellers' survey for best airport in Asia. This is an important accomplishment not only for Vietnam's aviation industry but also for the entire tourism sector of the country. However, it also poses a challenge for other airports in the region to improve service quality and upgrade infrastructure to meet the ever-growing demands of the tourism and aviation industries.
