DAY 01: HA NOI - NOI BAI - SAPA - MOANA                                       (Lunch / Dinner)

6:30A.M: You will be present at the meeting location at 160 Tran Quang Khai to check in and board the bus heading for Sapa via the Hanoi-Lao Cai route.

Note: Locations where passengers can be picked up include Vo Chi Cong Street, 120 Tran Quoc Hoan (side gate of the University of Foreign Languages), Hoa Binh Park, Kim Chung Overpass (Thang Long Industrial Park), Nam Hong Intersection, Noi Bai Airport (with a surcharge of 50,000 VND per group of guests), and Kim Anh Intersection (at the beginning of the highway).

1:00A.M - 1:30P.M: When you arrive in Sapa, you return to your hotel for lunch before checking in and resting if you are staying in Long Anh. With other hotel options, after lunch, you will rest on site for about 30 minutes before going sightseeing in the afternoon. 

Afternoon: The tour guide picks you up and takes you on a photo tour at the Moana Check-in Area with man-made structures arranged in harmony with nature, creating a landscape that is both unique, strange, and beautiful. The check-in facility is 500 meters from the stone church and has an experience space of more than 10,000 m2, with views of the Hoang Lien Son range and the spectacular Fansipan mountain. This place includes seven categories, attracting young people with its many unique landscapes. These are Bali's heavenly gate, Moana girl statue, infinity lake, golden hand, death swing, lonely tree, and coffee area. 

6:00P.M: We have dinner. Free evening to have fun. Take pictures with Sapa Stone Church, explore Sapa Love Market every Saturday night, or simply enjoy grilled specialties and drink famous San Lung wine to warm up the cold of Sapa. Overnight in Sapa. 

DAY 02: SAPA - CAT CAT VILLAGE  - NOI BAI - HA NOI             (Breakfast /Lunch)

07:00A.M: You have breakfast at the hotel and rest. Enjoy a cup of morning coffee at the restaurant.

08:00A.M: The tour guide picks you up and takes you to Cat Cat village, where you will learn about the daily lives of the H'mong ethnic people and see the Tien Sa waterfall. Experience traditional musical performances in the ancient hydroelectric plant.

11:30A.M: Return to Sapa town to check out, then have lunch and rest.

01:30P.M: The tour guide will take you to the car to check in and board the bus back to Hanoi.

07:30P.M: Return to the Noi Bai Airport. The car will take you to the airport lobby (if you have a flight and the cost per group is 50,000 VND/group with car parking fee).

08:15P.M: Return to Hanoi. Ending the tour. Goodbye and see you again!

(applicable for individual travelers joining group tours) 

Includes:

• Double cabin car (02 people/01 cabin) round trip Hanoi - Sapa - Hanoi. Due to the daily nature of the tour and the sleeper bus for resting, there will usually be no tour guide accompanying the group from Hanoi.
• Cars with seats ranging from 4 to 16 seats for sightseeing in Sapa.
• Hotel according to registration standards, sleeping 02 guests per room (odd cases sleeping 3).
• 02 lunches, 120,000 VND/meal.
• 01 dinner with Sapa's famous sturgeon hot pot specialty.
• 01 buffet breakfast according to hotel standards.
• Professional tour guides, knowledgeable about local culture, serve the group in Sapa.
  Because of the unique nature of cable car ticket costs and guide policies at Fansipan Legend, we will only arrange for a guide to accompany you on the Fansipan cable car if there are at least two groups of people. The number of guests must be at least five. Alternatively, the group can purchase cable car tickets for the tour guide, allowing the guide to accompany the group to the top.
• A single admission ticket to Moana and Cat Cat Village.

Exclusions:

• VAT invoice (if receiving an invoice, you need to notify us in advance and pay additional VAT according to regulations).
• Drinks during meals, in hotels, and other personal expenses.
• Difference in sightseeing ticket fees (if any) at the time you take the tour compared to the time you book the tour. We hope you understand, sympathize, and follow the regulations.
• Travel insurance due to the nature of individual travelers joining groups.
• Tips for drivers and tour guides:

• If tourists are satisfied with the service of the driver and tour guide, they can arbitrarily reward the driver and tour guide with tips. This tip amount is completely optional but is usually a minimum of 50,000 VND per person per day.
• Tip regulations for foreign guests: 3 USD/guest/day.

Mandatory additional costs: surcharge for sleeping separately (single) in case you register for a solo tour that cannot be arranged with others or due to a request to sleep separately (alone in one room) from the host. client. Surcharge rates are based on the unit price of each hotel.

Price Policy for Children (need to read carefully to clearly understand children's standards):

• Children from 1-4 years old receive free service (parents are responsible for all costs incurred related to the child). 02 adults can only accompany 1 child for free; the 2nd child is charged 50% of the tour price (standard half meal and other related services on the tour), but must still sleep in the same bed with parents. In the event that one adult goes on a tour and brings one free child, this child must pay 50% of the adult's tour price. In addition, the adult still has to pay the additional cost of sleeping in a single bed according to regulations. 
• Children from 5–9 years old are charged 75% of the tour price: their own standard meals, separate seats in the car in Sapa, and children's scenic tickets. If the child's height exceeds the tourist area's regulations, he or she must buy an attraction ticket at the adult ticket price; he or she will only be paid a maximum of 75% of the attraction ticket price (incurred costs). (The family must pay the tour guide directly.) 02 children (75% are not counted as 01 adults) do not have their own bed but must sleep with their parents. 
• Children 10 years of age and older are considered adults and receive adult services. 

Other general notes:

• Tour guests need to bring legal identification documents (ID card, CCCD, or passport). Children under 14 years old must at least bring a birth certificate. Children 14 years of age and older are required to have identification documents like those of adults.
• You should bring medicine for stomachaches due to diarrhea and common colds and fevers.
• If you are a vegetarian, please bring additional vegetarian food to ensure your taste.
• If you do not use any service on the tour that is not due to subjective error on the part of the tour organizer, it will not be refunded.
• The tour guide has the right to rearrange the order of attractions to suit the conditions of each specific departure date. As long as all the attractions included in the program are still guaranteed.

(*) Customer responsibilities:

• Customers are responsible for their own health, and chronic diseases (such as cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, bone and joint disease, and so on), congenital diseases, hidden diseases, HIV/AIDS, mental and neurological disorders, pregnant women, and so on are not covered by insurance. When necessary, you must make a commitment about your illness when participating in the tour. The tour organizer is not responsible for cases where you do not declare illness or dishonesty,  as well as cases outside the scope of travel insurance on the tour.
• Customers must preserve their own property in all cases and in all places during the trip. The tour organizer is not responsible for the loss of money, valuables, airline tickets, or personal property of customers during the trip. 

Cancellation and rescheduling policies:

• Changes to the departure date must be notified at least 3 days in advance of the departure date. You are allowed to change your departure date for free the first time. Changing the departure date twice or three times will result in a 30% cost for each change. Changing the departure date will not impact the customer information.
• Cancellation at least 7 days before the departure date: 30% penalty.
• Cancellation at least 3 days before departure date: 50% penalty.
• Cancellation within 1-2 days of departure date: 100% penalty.
• On the day of departure, if you are not present at the pre-arranged location and time, or if the tour guide cannot be reached at the number provided by the customer, and the customer does not proactively contact you to notify you of any changes, such cases will be considered voluntarily abandoning the tour and will result in a fine of 100% of the tour value.
