Dakrong Bridge is the beginning point of one of the main trails of Ho Chi Minh that leads to the border with Laos. This was the main access point during Vietnam war.

Khe Sanh Combat base is a very important and famous site. It is the place where most popular of Vietnam was fought for almost 75 days. Car reaches Khe Sanh Combat base from route 9 from Dong Ha. There is a small museum on the old camp site that contains old fascinating photographs of Vietnam war, American aircrafts and a few reconstructed bunkers.

Hien Luong Bridge and Ben Hai River is a very clear boundary that separates Vietnam into two parts. During the France and Indochina war, it was made on the 17^th parallel to divide Vietnam into northern and southern parts with two different governments who work independently.

Doc Mieu Base was built in 1947 by French. It is the most important base of Mc Namara line where their military was stationed. There are basement vault systems, ground artillery firing and mobile silos system made of concrete.

Vinh Moc Tunnels are very popular in the world. Every year, it is visited by huge crowds of tourists and history explorers of demilitarized zone. This tunnel network was not constructed for war purposes whereas they were only used as shelters for civilians. They are considered as the most successful tunnels plan during war. You will get compete guidance about the place and ample of time to explore the museum, underground tunnels, village with family rooms, gates, air vents, meeting rooms, exits to the sea and more.
