18h00-18h15: Tour guide and cyclo will pick you up at the rendezvous in the city center to begin the tour.

The tour will firstly take you to Hue Cake Restaurant to enjoy the specialty cakes of Hue. When coming to Hue, you definitely have to spend time enjoying Hue bloating fern -shaped cake. The soft sweetness of them mixed with shrimp paste, fried onions and sauce will surely make you eat once and remember forever.

The next dish is flat rice dumpling, a famous dish in Hue, has flavor of shrimp. Hue shrimp and pork dumpling cake with stew shrimp and pork inside and a chewy dough on the outside, is known as a very typical dish of Hue. Our guide will give you instruction how to enjoy crispy pancake and pork skewers restaurant in the right way, helping you feel the full flavor of the dish.

The next dish in the tour is Hue beef noodle, a dish that any visitor to Hue would not miss to taste.

After savory dishes, tour guide will lead you to a long-standing and quite famous sweet soup or “Chè” in a small corner of Hue city. It has more than a hundred variety and fifty shades of colors and mixed tastes

21h00: At the end of Hue Food Tour, the tour guide and cyclo will take you back to the pick-up point and say goodbye to see you in the following programs.
